What should I wear?

What background colors do you offer?
I typically recommend neutral tones - greys and whites. However, if your company has specific brand guidelines, I can match those palettes perfectly to ensure a unified look.
Can you bring the studio to our office?
Yes. I frequently travel to offices across South Wales for team sessions. I bring professional lighting and backdrops to ensure studio-quality results on-site.
How do we handle large teams efficiently?
I work with a structured schedule to ensure every staff member feels directed and valued without disrupting the working day. We'll go through the schedule beforehand to make sure it works for everyone.
Do you work with larger organizations?
Yes. While I specialize in the high-end direction of individuals and boutique teams, I can scale my sessions for larger organizations. Every commission is quoted based on your specific requirements to ensure that even in a larger group, the quality of direction remains uncompromised.
How do we receive the files for our company database?
I deliver the final images via a secure digital gallery. You’ll have the option to download high-resolution files for print and web usage.
What are the usage rights for the images?
All sessions include a full commercial license for web, social media, and internal PR. For large-scale print advertising, please let me know so we can tailor the license.
Do you travel outside of Cardiff?
Yes. I work with firms across the UK. For locations outside of South Wales, I simply add a transparent travel fee to the commission.
